Prof. Navdeep Mathur is a faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), where he teaches in the Public Systems Group. His research and teaching focus on public policy, governance, and democratic participation, with particular interest in how state institutions, civil society, and citizens interact in shaping policy outcomes. He has written extensively on policy design, inequality, and the politics of representation, and is widely recognised for bringing a critical, feminist, and justice-oriented lens to the study of governance.
