Shaniben Nayak

A young, single-woman leader who grew up with Devgadh Mahila Sangathan as a little girl attending Sangathan meetings with her mother, today carries its values forward. As a Lok Adhikar Kendra Aagewan at the Mamlatdar office, Devgadh Baria and a NREGA worker, she brings her personal struggles to analyse the situation of migrant women workers. She supports marginalised families with elderly persons and children access their social protection schemes with dignity.
